# Reports

> The weekly email digest, the monthly PDF report, the on-demand PDF report and who receives them.

Survelium sends two automatic reports for each brand. You set them up in the brand settings, on the **Reports** tab.

A weekly digest isn't sent if the brand had no answers that week.

## Who receives them

- **Send reports to** — up to 10 email addresses, including people outside the workspace (a client, a
  colleague from marketing).
- If the list is empty, the weekly digest goes to all workspace members.
- Each user can turn off their digests from **My settings → Profile → Weekly Reports**. Their setting
  takes priority, even if their address is on the brand's list.

The monthly report is generated in each recipient's language.

## On-demand PDF report

On the brand's Dashboard → **PDF report** → **Branded PDF report**: choose the period (the last 7, 30 or 90
days) and **Generate**. The report is ready in a few moments and appears under **Recent reports** (the last 5), where
you download it. It isn't sent by email.
