Terms and Conditions

1. The parties and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Survelium platform, available at survelium.com and survelium.ro, provided by ALKPRO SRL, trade register number J2006000258513, tax identification number 18619507, registered office at Str. Zefirului nr. 7, bl. I14, sc. 3, ap. 15, Călărași, jud. Călărași, cod poștal 910144, România ("we", "us", "Survelium").

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full. If you are accepting them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

2. The service

Survelium monitors how AI assistants and search engines answer questions relevant to your brand: it runs the prompts you configure, records mentions, positions, sentiment and cited sources, and reports on them. The exact set of monitored platforms, the limits and the features depend on your plan and may change as providers change their own products.

The service is currently offered in a beta phase, by invitation. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed at a fixed service level.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
  • You must tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • Prices are displayed on the site, in RON, and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied according to Romanian law and your status.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card details. Invoices are issued electronically.
  • You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the service remains available until then.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from the next renewal.

5. Trial

Where a trial is offered, its limits (number of brands, prompts, responses and articles) are those shown at sign-up. At the end of the trial the account continues only if a paid plan is chosen.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@survelium.com.

Because the service is digital content made available immediately, by requesting immediate access you expressly consent to the start of performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Professional users (B2B) do not benefit from this right.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service unlawfully, or to monitor brands in a way that infringes third-party rights;
  • attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
  • circumvent plan limits, or resell or share access to the service without our agreement;
  • extract data from the platform by automated means beyond the documented interfaces;
  • overload or disrupt the infrastructure.

8. Third-party integrations

The service can connect to third-party accounts you own, such as Google Search Console. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights over those properties and for complying with the relevant provider's terms. We use the data received only as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect at any time.

9. AI-generated content

The platform reports the answers produced by third-party AI assistants and generates text using language models. Those answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they change over time by the providers' own design. The results are informational support for marketing decisions, not professional, legal or financial advice. Check anything you intend to publish.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its interface, code and documentation belong to us. The data you enter, and the reports generated for your brands, remain yours; we process them only in order to provide the service. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics that identify neither you nor your clients in order to improve the product.

11. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee an uptime level during beta. We may carry out maintenance, and we will announce planned interruptions where possible. Third-party providers may change or withdraw their interfaces, which can temporarily affect specific monitored platforms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or for which payment is overdue, after notifying you where circumstances allow. You may close your account at any time; on closure, data is deleted within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

14. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent courts are those of our registered office, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile.

Consumers may also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Substantial changes are announced by email or in the application at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the new version.
