Who receives the reports?
The addresses you list for the brand, up to ten, including people outside your workspace. With an empty list, the weekly email goes to every member of the workspace.
Can I send the report straight to my client?
Yes. Add your client's address to the brand's list and the weekly email and the monthly PDF reach them directly.
In which language is the report?
Romanian or English. Team members get it in the language they chose; addresses outside the team get the workspace owner's language.
Can I choose the period?
The automatic reports cover the last week and the last month. A PDF on demand covers the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
What is in the report?
The PDF has visibility, share of voice, mentions, average position, citations, coverage per assistant, sentiment, your top competitors, the most cited domains and your open recommendations. The weekly email shows the main numbers and how each one changed against the week before.
