Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a free trial of 7 days or 375 AI answers, whichever comes first. You do not need a card to start it.
In which currency am I billed?
In RON, with a Romanian invoice. The EUR amounts on survelium.com are shown for reference.
Is VAT added to the price?
Prices include VAT.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Billing, at any time. The new limits apply straight away and Stripe adjusts the amount for the rest of the period.
Is the annual plan cheaper?
Yes: you pay for 10 months and get 12.
What happens when I cancel?
Monitoring keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Your brands, prompts and answers are kept and come back when you subscribe again.
Can an agency manage several clients?
Yes. Create a workspace for each client: each has its own plan, limits and invoice, and you can invite your team to all of them.
