Account

How to create your account, how to log in, two-factor authentication, language, notifications and deleting your account.

Your account is personal; brands and the subscription belong to the workspace. One account can be part of several workspaces.

Creating your account

Survelium is in early access: accounts are created only from an invitation.

  • Early access invitation — you get it by email after joining the waitlist (Join early access). Your name and address come from the invitation; you only choose a password, then confirm your email address. The invitation is valid for 7 days.
  • Invitation from a teammate — you join their workspace directly. See Team.

After your first login you create your workspace (a name and a short name for addresses, for example /my-company/), and Survelium starts your trial.

Logging in

  • Email and password, with Remember me if you want to stay logged in.
  • Log in with Google — works with the same email address as your account.
  • Forgot your password? sends a reset link, valid for 60 minutes.

After 5 failed attempts within a minute, login is locked for one minute.

My settings

From the left menu, My settings:

Tab What you find
Profile first name, last name, Display language (Romanian or English), the weekly email summary
Security changing your password and two-factor authentication
Billing the workspaces you own, with each one's plan
Appearance Light, Dark or System (follows your computer's setting)
Danger zone deleting your account (shown once you have confirmed your email address)

You can't change your email address in the app; write to us from the Contact page.

The display language applies everywhere in the app, whatever the domain (survelium.com or survelium.ro).

Two-factor authentication

Security → Enable 2FA (asks for your password again):

  1. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…) or enter the setup key.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
  3. Keep the recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once, if you don't have your phone at hand. Regenerate codes invalidates the old ones.

At login, after your password, you are asked for the code from the app or a recovery code.

Deleting your account

My settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion is permanent. Above the button, the This permanently removes box lists exactly what goes for your account:

  • your account and your settings;
  • every workspace where you are the only member, with its brands, prompts, answers, competitors, content and AI traffic;
  • your access to other people's workspaces, which keep running for their team.

You confirm with your password. If you sign in with Google, you confirm by typing your account's email address.

When you are an owner

  • A workspace with other members — deletion is blocked: Transfer ownership first appears, listing those workspaces. Make one of your teammates the owner (see Team), then come back.
  • A workspace where you are alone — it is deleted along with your account. Its subscription is canceled at once, with no refund for the days left.

Invoices already issued are kept, as the law requires.
