Configuration
Configuration
What you set on a brand — prompts, competitors, integrations, reports — and the "Get set up" list in the menu.
The numbers are only as good as the configuration behind them. The pages in this section show what you set and what each setting changes.
- Brands — name, variants, domain, language, country, content profile.
- Prompts — which questions we ask the assistants, where they come from and how to pause them.
- Competitors — which brands count in the numbers.
- Google Search Console — prompts from real searches and Google demand.
- Reports — the weekly digest, the monthly PDF report and who receives them.
The "Get set up" list
At the bottom of the left menu, Get set up shows how many of the five steps you've done. The list covers the whole workspace: a step is checked off if you've done it on any brand.
| Step | Checked off when |
|---|---|
| Add your first brand | the workspace has at least one brand |
| Review your prompts | you've added or edited at least one prompt yourself |
| Complete your first check | a check has finished successfully |
| Install the tracking beacon | we've received data from the beacon |
| Track a competitor | the brand has at least one competitor in its list |
The list disappears when all steps are checked off or when you click Hide setup.
Where the brand settings are
In the left menu, Brand settings (at the bottom, under the brand pages). The settings have the tabs General, Content profile, Models & schedule, Reports, Integrations, Check run history and, for the owner, Delete brand.
